Tribute to Saviours
November 29th, 2008
Here is my humble tribute to the Brave Men who fought tirelessly for 60 hours against terrorists who brought havoc to Mumbai and its citizens on 26th November 2008 and killed almost 200 people and injured about 300. We all salute the dedication and determination of the brave men who put their lives at stake to rid the city of terrorists and rescue hostages. May Lord bless those who fought and died for the nation. This slide-show is dedicated to The MARCOs (Marine Commandos), Black Cat Commandos of the National Security Guard, Indian Army, Police, Firemen and the paramilitary officers. Peace

India has not seen such a ghastly terror strike in more than a decade now .. I salute the Commandos who did their best to save the people from terrorists. Martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and others who gave their lives are the real heroes … shame on those who in the name of religion kill innocent people … shame on the politicians who have politicized this grave issue … shame on the leaders who reacted so late to take decisions …

We all bow down to such brave men, who are largely left unrecognized and ignored, but it’s time for action now and not words alone…
