I went to see a cultural function, SARGAM presented by the Indian grad students of Michigan State University on the 18th of Nov. Out of the show, my pick was this song from the Hindi movie, My Brother Nikhil. Suprisingly, I hadn’t heard of either the song or the movie until then. It’s a fabulous song with great poetry and superb melody.

I must have played it on my guitar about 100 times since then and hopefully will record my rendition someday. Meanwhile, enjoy this version by these graduate students.
