This month was an unforgettable month for me and quite ironically so, especially during the last leg of my stay here in the United States. This Nazm came to me late after midnight a couple weeks ago as I was staring at the wall while trying to sleep and staring at the huge pile of books in front of me. har akshar me bahot thehrav sa paya ye apki nazam pdh k,
gulzar ji k bad aphi ki kalam ki ye nazam pasand aai he hume,
hamare dil ka wo khali kamara rat k thande sannato me khulta hai,
kabhi umeedo ke dhago me piroye lamhe yaad dilata hai,
to kabhi khamosh nigaho se hume gurta hai,
badi der se,mushkil se subah hoti he zafar sahab.

Thanks for fixing the audio.There is a poem in Gujarati”junu ghar khali karta” when you empty your old house …There is deep feeling to leave this materialistic life and move on with nature, which makes all your wish come true …Its bravery to choose your path of life….God will always support your great work….
