Here is the English version:
Sunte hain ki mil jaati hai har cheez dua se
Ik roz tumhe maang ke dekhenge khuda se
Ai dil tu unhe dekh ke kuchh aise tadapna
Aa jaaye hansi unko ko jo baithe hain khafa se
Duniya bhi mili hai gam e duniya bhi mila hai
Wo kyun nahi milta jise maanga tha khuda se
Jab kuchh na mila haath duaaon ko uthaakar
Phir haath uthaane hi pade hamko dua se
Aaine me wo apni adaa dekh rahe hain
Mar jaaye ke jee jaaye koi unki balaa se

This ghazal was sung by Jagjit Singh (solo). I have been looking for it for the last 2 years and cannot find it. Any help will be appreciated. I am not looking for the duet version sung by Jagjit and Chitra live in some concert.
