These are some ashaar I wrote that never made into a Ghazal or a Nazm..

Aaj ki raat kahin door nikal jaayenge
Aaj parbat ki ghaTaaon ne bulaaya hai mujhe

Sochta hoon ki dushmano se dosti kar loon
Chod kar saaye ko apnaa yahaan to koi nahi.

So tonight I shall leave
For I can hear my hills beckon.

Perhaps I should befriend my foes
For my shadow is all I have.
