I was going through my diary notes made years ago during high school days and found some Ash’aar. Here’s one. I don’t know who the Shayar is

Takmeel muhabbat me taaseer ye maine dekhi hai
Dil mera dhaDakta hai aur khabar unko ho jaati hai
Ilzaam se darti hai ye duniya saari, Par ye haqeeqat maine dekhi hai
Karta hai har koi aur kehta hai ki -ho jaati hai
